How to use the Tongue Scrapper:

Use it first thing in the morning upon waking. Start at the very back of the tongue and scrape forward to the front of the tongue.
Repeat this as many times as necessary, then rinse thoroughly.

Sterilze before use: Immerse in boiling water for 5 minnutes, then dry the scrapper, so as to prevent oxidation. Allow it to cool completely before use.
